RED VELVET CAKE

This fresh beautiful cake has successfully reached its noble purpose.  I mean, what more can you expect than seeing people happy enjoying every single bite of their cake? I had many compliments of this cake. That alone has brought me pleasure not to mention it was displayed on February 23, at the crowds of hundreds talented persons, chefs, bakers and cake decorators. That is the prestigious event of HMFF 2013 (Homemade Food Fiesta 2013), an event with never ending delicious homemade food, the ever looking forward to event by NCC (Natural Cooking Club) Indonesia. Yes, this is the community I belong to where I comfortably hone my baking skills with lots of other generous people who share our common ground. And what is that? To make the best food in the world:-)

 So, I was very happy when a news reporter came to me and asking for its recipe to be put in their official website. Well, why not? With all my pleasure. So here it came, two days after the event Vivanews adopted all the steps on how to make this beautiful delicious Red Velvet.
