The hottest trend in baking today is cupcakes or some say baby cakes. Cupcakes are not different than cakes, for sure. They just come in smaller size and often times with cute little frosting and garnish on top. Who doesn't want one those cutie naughty cakes?

Let it not be said that KAT Desserts is not keeping up with the times.

We have endeavoured to produce delicious cupcakes on the market.  We began the process by identifying the most important part of a cupcake.

Many bakers can produce a quality cake but few can produce a frosting quite so fine.  I can confidently declare that we have created a luscious icing that will have you coming back for more time and time again.
